I am a soon-to-graduate Mathematics MA student at Indiana University Bloomington and Quantitative Analyst. My research interests are in financial mathematics. I completed 2.5 years of a PhD in Finance at the Kelley School of Business, but I found that my interests fit in the realm of "applied mathematics" more appropriately than in that of "social science," and so here I am. My current research focuses on information flow in markets, price discovery, and order books.
I love the mountains. My hobbies include mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing, doing cool math, writing interesting code, inventing statistical methods, and hanging out with my wife and kids.
